1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Medio app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Medio is provided by Squirrel AS (org. no. 931 987 291), Bøgata 25B, 0190 Oslo.

2. Subscription and Payment

Access to premium content requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Paddle (web).

Our order process for web purchases is conducted by our authorized reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to orders, as well as returns and refunds. By completing a purchase via web, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where required. The exact price depends on your location and applicable tax rates.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• iOS: Cancel through the Apple App Store under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Android: Cancel through the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
• Web: Cancel through your Paddle customer account or contact us at hei@medioapp.no.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, their respective refund policies apply.

EU/EEA consumers: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase in accordance with consumer protection laws. By starting to use the service, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once download, activation, or use begins.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

7. Content Usage

All content in the app is protected by copyright. You do not have the right to copy, distribute, or resell the content.

8. Disclaimer

The meditation content in this app is intended solely for general well-being and relaxation. It is not intended as medical treatment or a substitute for professional help.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app and website.
